Excellent Quality
Build quality is excellent for this petite hall table; assembly very easy, though a bit tedious on the bottom screws on the front legs due to the proximity of the drawer supports where the screws go. Table is heavy for its size and sturdy, no leaning or wobbling. The espresso finish is beautiful and matches the finishes on my mahogany and cherry furniture. The size and style is perfect for my 1940 built Cape Cod house. Definitely worth the price, and free shipping to boot.

disappointed
Received this item well packaged. After reading the reviews, I anticipated assembly difficulties and was careful to read all instructions prior to beginning. The documentation is understandable, but the item is defective. The main piece comes pre-assemebled. Attaching the legs which are well labeled etc should be easy, but one leg does not fit making it impossible to complete the project. Attempts to contact Lion Sports-which supplies this BayShore Collection Product--have not been successful and messages left at the provided number have gone without response.
Arrived with a manufacturing defect
Table needed assembly, which I was expecting. I wasn't expecting that it would have holes pre-drilled to only accommodate three out of four legs. Since I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning the table, I drilled the missing holes myself. I created a template and measured everything out quite thoroughly but still ended up with a slightly wobbly table. Now I have to work on adding a shim to one of the legs. Don't know if the ones that come ready for all four legs would have the same issue with wobbliness.
In addition to the manufacturing defect, the color of the wood is a bit redder than it shows up in the pictures and not what I was expecting for an espresso finish. The drawer doesn't slide very smoothly and is a bit flimsy.
